About

From bedside to kitchen table.

Danielle Gibson in her kitchen

Before mortgages, I was a nurse. For years I worked alongside people on some of the hardest days of their lives — and I learned that what people remember isn't the chart or the prescription. It's whether someone sat down beside them and made it feel less scary.

That's the work I brought with me into mortgages. Because buying a home, refinancing through a separation, helping a parent downsize, finally being approved after years of "no" — those days matter too. They deserve a person, not a portal.

I'm based in the GTA, raising a family here, rooted in this community. I work with first-time buyers, self-employed folks, people rebuilding credit, and anyone who's been told their situation is "complicated." I don't believe in complicated. I believe in conversations.

And every time we close together, 10% of my commission goes to a charity you choose. Because the home is yours. The cause is yours. I'm just the one who gets to be in the room.
